We purchase an 8 piece original recipe every Monday for a disabled person. Well today we had a very bad experience. The lady at the drive through told me it would be $13.58. We already had $20.58 out. That 's what its been each time we purchase it. I gave her a 20 dollar bill and 58 cent. She turned around and got the chicken and handed it out the window to me, said thank you and before I could ask for my change she was gone. I figured she would be back in a minute but she didn't come back. After a couple of minutes another girl came to the window and asked what I wanted. I replied; my $7 dollars change. Well long story short I never got my seven dollars. That 8 piece cost me $20.58. So I won"t be buying any more chicken at the window unless I have the correct change. That is unreal. I really don't like to think bad of someone but being she left so quickly and didn't never return, I think she knew what she was doing.

We stopped for lunch between 12:00-12:30 during the main lunch hour. The lettuce on the salad bar was brown we asked if they had more, we were told they were out of salad fixings. The buffet bar was not being kept up for the number of customers they had. They were out of a number of items. Rice, mixed vegetables, tea, etc.
It was very loud extremely loud with the loudness coming from the employees especially the dining room employee plus a chosen few other customers. My husband politely asked the lady and I quote"Maam do you need to talk so loud" She gave very little response to the question. She then went on belittling my husband to a number of customers and employees who would listen to her saying things like we've got to be quiet, we can't talk to loud, he says we are to loud. I was only eight of ten feet away when he asked her and because of the noise level did not hear him. However other customers did and thanked him for it. At no other time did we say or ask for anything else.

The girl behind the counter was happy and friendly. We looked at the bar and it was old and dry. We ordered from the regular menu. Our chicken was dry and hard. The biscuits were maybe cooked 2 days prior to serving. We have eaten at KFC for many years and this was by far the worse.
