Associations
AAHA Accreditation Loving Hands Animal Hospital is proud to announce that we are currently taking the steps necessary to become Accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. We hope that within approximately 6 months of our grand opening, we will complete all requirements and inspections to honorably hold this title. Not all animal hospitals are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). In fact, only 12- 15% of animal hospital in the United States and Canada are accredited. Loving Hands Animal Hospital will become the ONLY hospital in Chino and Chino Hills that is AAHA Accredited. What does accreditation mean? It means your pet's hospital holds itself to a higher standard, and that your pet is receiving care at a hospital that has passed the highest standards in veterinary care. The AAHA Accreditation Program is a voluntary program in which the hospital follows strict criteria and allows AAHA to perform strict inspections to ensure that pets and pet owners receive nothing less than excellent quality care. Take pride in knowing that you will be taking your pet to an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital! Find out more about AAHA Accreditation at www.aaha.org/pet_owner

Overall

I was so glad to have been referred to Dr. Sanchez. She not only gave me her 24hr contact info to reach her after we initially spoke but was really involved and helped immediately when I told her my senior boxer mix Copper had been not doing too well and I was considering in home euthanization for him. She made him very comfortable for the two weeks before we made our decision and then came to our home at our convenience when he needed to go. He had become totally incapable of walking and just needed to be relieved of all the pain... He was nearly 15yrs old. She came in and spent a lot of time comforting him and explaining to us what was going to happen. She was very comforting to us too and allowed us all the time to say our goodbyes and we were able to be there and have him able to look at all of us while he went away. It was so good for him to go like that rather than try to move him and put him in any more discomfort than he needed to be in. She gave us many options, her pricing is very good also and she explained she offers services to people at those rates because she understands the need and wants to be affordable for people when they have situations arise with their loved ones (furry loved ones) that will help them rather than burden them in a time when it is already difficult. very competitive pricing I have to say and very loving person Dr. Sanchez is....Loving Hands Animal Hospital will be our forever place to turn to when our furry loved ones need help.

So glad you are back. Dr Sanchez is the best! She helped my Dog Daisy get well after being diagnosed with stomach ailments and allergies and referred me to an internist who confirmed her diagnosis. She was always professional, caring and compassionate. Daisy is doing so much better now. We are excited about her new facility. Thanks again

Overall

Dr. Darlene Sanchez is the best! She is always caring and does what is best for our two babies. Even though one of our fur babies doesn't like going, Dr. Sanchez has a way of working with her and making everything alright. And best of all she's not all about money like most of the vets out there. She cares about their well being and keeping them healthy.
