Sears Parts & Repair Center

Well where do I start. The service calls are very professional. Sears has never failed to send someone out in a timely manner. HOWEVER , after many ( I think 3) attempts to fix the problem with my Kenmore washer, it is still doing the same thing.

Perhaps someone else has the same issue with theirs. It will complete the wash cycle , THEN START THE WASH CYCLE ALL OVER AGAIN! It does not do this every time. And amazingly , it has NEVER done it when Sear repair has been here . My water bill has increased twice as much since this has been going on. Sear replaced one part, the washer ran one load correctly after that, then went right back to doing the thing. JUST AS BEFORE.

My coverage is up in Feb , I am disgusted with Sears, not being able to find the problem. I know they think I am a NUT! But I told them It does not happen every wash load. Does anyone else have this issue with a Kenmore washer?

Service tech was totally knowledgeable of our Kenmore Elite washer (Mfg'd by LG). She also took a little time to inspect the washer for any other issues. None found. She went over some warnings of various do's and dont's in operating the washer and we did learned a few things we weren't aware of. She was very courteous and business-like and left a good impression.
