I went to this urgent care yesterday, around four thirty. I was really sick but I wasn't sure why. I never had the frame of mind to actual time it, but it felt like I waited in the waiting room for a while after filling out papers - admittedly, that was probably because I felt like I was dying. The nurse who took me into triage was super nice, was genuinely concerned, not bored-looking like some other places I've been. He got me settled into a room quickly to wait for the doctor. It felt like that took a while too, but again, my sense of time was probably way off. Dr. Dawson was VERY nice. Also genuinely concerned about my state of health and made sure we discussed everything that was going on so he could get an understanding of how to treat it. He was concerned about my ability to drive myself out, so they kept me for observation for a few hours, during which the staff shared their snacks with me in paper cups since I hadn't eaten in a few days from being ill. They made me as comfortable as they could and really went out of their way to help me feel better. I'd definitely recommend the facility.
