Walgreens

I have been using the Walgreens Pharmacy for approximately 16 years. I definitely have noticed a decline in service over the last year. I would never change pharmacies though because of one single reason, it's Colin, the head pharmacist. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always treats me and the other people with whom I observe him interacting, with respect and recognizing we have at least a modicum of intelligence.

I have been coming to this pharmacy twice a month for 7 months now. This is no exaggeration...EVERY single time I have come, there is a problem or mistake with my scripts. Every time. Not sure if it is their computer systems or the employees. Problems such as auto refill, number of refills, filling wrong prescriptions, faxing wrong doctors for refills, and insurance issues. I am baffled & keep thinking they cant actually mess up again!!! They do. Time to switch to CVS. Don't let the 24 hour drive through reel you in. Not worth it.

This walgreens was recently moved to a smaller location, while a brand new one was built next door. While I stopped shopping at their temporary location, I recently went back to check out the new store. The layout is very nice and most items are easy to find. The store employees are very helpful as well.
