Twin Oaks Health & Rehab Ctr

I was recently a patient at Twin Oaks. This was my second time as a patient there following knee surgery. I can only state the care was excellent, and the orthopedic treatment was top of the line. I was there on a short term basis so I cannot judge the long term care, but the women who cared for me were available very rapidly and they were truly caring individuals

I was a previous employee of this facility and the patient care is just not where it should be. There focus is not on the best interest of the patients it is on saving a buck. They are constantly understaffed. Which it turn makes it impossible to give every resident the care they deserve and pay for. If you are thinking about placing a loved on in this facility make sure you call the california department of nursing because they have state report and complaint file over a mile long.
