In a day and age that customer service is no longer at the forefront of business initiatives, it is a pleasant and somewhat shocking surprise to find a company that goes out of its way to help people! After shopping my immediate area for a vehicle, i finally called Charles Allen Ford. The sales person that answered was extremely helpful, and patient while i explained my situation. He told me that he was sure there was something they could do to help me, and to come down to see him. Long story short ,after some helpful tips from Steve Buts, I am the proud owner of a 99 Ford Expedition. Probably one of in not the nicest vehicle i have ever purchased. I am in process of moving out of state, but i will make the drive back to Chickasha because of the service I have received.
