A friend and I stopped by Noodles and Co. before a show at the Harris Theater the other day and ordered some sandwiches to go because we were in a rush. The place was bustling but not filled to capacity and fortunately for us the line to order was very short and our sandwiches were ready in less than ten minutes. I go the meatball sandwich while my friend had the cheesesteak. Both of us liked our sandwiches as they were good and wrapped up nice. The size was enough to satisfy my hunger but the price tag was almost $20 for two sandwiches and pop, which I feel is kind of high. The employees were nice and friendly and the place looked clean, though, as I mentioned previously, we ordered to go. I'll definitely hit up Noodles and Co. again to maybe try some other stuff on their menu.

From Business: We are a brand new addition to the Mos Kitchens family. Much like our sister locations, you can find delicious Chinese and Japanese cuisine at our establishment. Co…
This small family owned place is great. The food is always well cooked and delicious. The menu is not huge as they do not try to cover all the types of chinese cooking. I first tried Chinese food here about 20 years ago and it is still my favorite. House special fried rice, chicken soup, mon lung chicken, satay chicken are my favorite dishes. When I start to get the sniffles - the house special fried rice works better than any medicine! Somewhat hidden by a CTA bus stop you might pass it up but don't. The drawback is that they do not deliver - not even to businesses at lunch time - but walking the extra 4 blocks to and from my office is worth it as a special treat.
One of my friends suggested Simply Thalia so I decided to check it out. I started with the volcano soup, I have never had mussel before so I was a little skeptical about it but enjoyed it for a first time experience. I liked the spicy flavor, it wasn't to powerful but it did have a little kick to it. The next food item I had was the bbq pork sandwich, it was a Vietnamese style sandwich, with some carrots and other veggies in it. It was light, tasty and would definitely recommend it if you are a sandwich person. I was surprised to see that the restaurant had so many styles of food, the menu was big and had a wide variety of Asian cuisines.
