Your Limousine

We have used this limo company many times and always very happy with them.

I paid the driver in full, who made my party feel guility that we had to take him away from a family party because it Your Limo told him last minute even though I reserved the bus months and months beforhand, in FULL and he agreed he was paid in FULL with a big tip. Then the following month my credit card was charged $100 and when I called they said I didn't pay in full. After they "looked into it" they discovered I had indeed paid in full and the driver "made a mistake." I was fine about it until, now 5 months later, I still haven't gotten my $100 back and they aren't returning my phone calls. I'm giving them one last time to return my call and I'm reporting them to the BBB. They are cheaper than other limo services for a reason. Oh, I almost forgot. The bathroom on the bus was OVERFLOWED and smelled!
