I wish l can give these people a zero, the worst experience I've ever had. Very nice before you buy, be very careful they will lie, and say whatever it takes to get you to buy. I was told my down payment was $600, a week later I get a call saying I owe another $300, they then cut off my car remotely until I paid, I had to cancel a very important business meeting

THEY WILL GIP YOU AND THEN LIE TO YOU LIKE THEY NEVER SAID IT.. AFTER BEING LIED TO THEY WILL SHUTDOWN YOUR VEHICLE SO IT WONT START... DONT DO IT.!!!

The auto warehouse is a great they don't have you seating all day it's fast and easy. Good credit bad credit terrible credit they really help u get a fresh start with friendly hard working staff like Vanessa your sure to walk in & drive out in something you'll LOVE! This is my second time with autowarehouse. I lost one car from another dealership i traded in my 2002 camaro thinking i was ahead of the game. I was again referred by a co worker talked to me previously that had bought their car from slo mo. Everyone is awesome. Outstanding customer service all around. We went to the auto warehouse yesterday and surprised that i was approved. We had went to 3 new and 2 buy here pay here car lots. Nothing. I had my credit ran 35 times in 4 days. Omg..So i was very skeptical about driving all the way from Hobart in to North Chicago. But Francisco guaranteed that he could get me in a car. About a 2 hour process, He got me done. And not only that he got me in to a very nice 08 Lancer. Very thankful. He was super nice, super sweet and worked hard to get me the approval i needed. And not to mention the 0.00% interest for 12 months. Unheard of.. THANK YOU AUTO WAREHOUSE!!!!!!!!

How is it that everyone declines me except for this place? Love this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! World, I promise you I will never miss a payment on anything ever again! I was young and stupid once. Now I am older and much wiser! I now make sure I can pay more then I borrow before I sign a contract.

I went to The Auto Warehouse to look at a Ford Mustang. When I got there they told me that it had sold already, along with the other two that were listed on their website. This was over a week ago and all three of these vehicles are still listed on their website as being available. After they told me that the car I was interested in wasn't available they tried to push me to purchase a 1999 Volvo S70 that they were asking $10,000 for. I told them that I was interested in a Jeep Cherokee that the buyer's guide had a price os $8999 on. They first told me that that price was a mistake and it was actually an $11,000 vehicle but after speaking with the manager he said that he would give me that price. Then they told me that they couldn't finance me on the Cherokee but they could definitely finance me on the Volvo. I don't quite understand the logic with this because the Volve was more than the Cherokee. Anyway - I would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from them because they will jerk you around until you buy the car they want you to buy, not the car you want to buy.

A NEW Standard in Customer Service... WOW!

When I needed a car, I had to look no further than here. I met with a sales associate who couldn't be more informant about their cars. It felt more like a stroll in the park than any of the other dealers. Any thoughts I felt confused about I asked questions on and was answered knowledgeably. Was in and out with a car in less then one hour and didn't feel a little pressure from any of the guys I was working with , usually I hate to shop for cars but what a different and great experience I had in The Auto warehouse!



In the future I hope to come here again when I need another car.

THE AUTO WAREHOUSE IS AMAZING IN THAT THEY HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I VISITED MANY CAR LOTS AND NO ONE WAS CONFIDENT ENOUGH IN THEIR CARS TO DO THAT. I BOUGHT MY CAR THERE AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!!
