I went into this store today, because the Nokia Nuron continually glitches and kept popping up an error message saying "Not enough memory to perform operation" despite my 2GB memory card, not allowing me to receive/send texts or view missed calls. I explained the problem to the guy behind the counter. He took my phone for a good 5 minutes and just looked through my 40-something pictures and said, "You need to transfer these to your computer and sync up your contacts. Then come back and I will help you."
So unprofessional and not helpful at all. I will never go into this store or buy a Nokia, and considering changing companies all together. T-Mobile in general has terrible service (customer/coverage) and terrible options in phones. Thinking of switching to Virizon
