After waiting in line for 2 hours last year to get Spritz cookies, I called ahead this year to pre-order for pick up so to avoid as long of wait. They took my order and my credit card to pre-pay, then called me back an hour later to tell me that they can't fill a request for just "one" kind of cookie. I could order a "Swedish Assortment" which would contain a few Spritz cookies, but not order Spritz only. WHAT??? Last year they told me to call ahead to order my Spritz and this year,they won't let me order them (yet had no problem taking my personal credit card information). Then to add salt to the wound, they suggested that I just come down and stand in line again (for hours) and take my chances on being able to get the Spritz cookies. So, to assist their customers you cannot order ahead of time, but you can come stand in line for hours and get the cookies you want if they have them. Sorry Swedish Bakery, but you've lost a customer.
