I bought my Blackberry in this store last fall - they had to do everything for me because I was completely ignorant about the new phones (I know, not exactly new anymore, but was for me!). I had to wait a bit to see someone, but that's because the store was really busy.
The rep that worked with me was very patient and kind, explaining how to use the phone and got it all working so I didn't have to do any of the set up. He must have spent one hour with me.
Today I called because of some internet problem, and I got the same nice, caring service over the phone, from a different rep. She asked me to call her back if I had any more problems.
