  I got the Charger when it came out a…

  I got the Charger when it came out a few years ago. I love the car so much and am extremely satisfied with Chrysler and its design team. When they came out with the new body last year I just knew I had to have it. I have been saving for a nice down payment, and it was time. Last week I went to South Chicago Dodge, the same place I got my fist one. Once again they got me a great deal and exceptional service. I feel like im part of the Dodge family.

  I just wanted a simple easy get around…

  I just wanted a simple easy get around vehicle. Something to get me from a to b. That is just what I got. The little slightly used Caliber was what I needed. It is perfect nice trunk space and room for pasengers. I can honestly say I didn't know what I was looking for but when we test drove it we were sold. I am a fan. Wish I would have known about these great cars years ago. My warranty is great as well.

  I only had to ask once with anything I needed and wanted. They are very good listeners, they are professional and caring. I am glad that my car I bought was at this particular dealer and that it worked out the way it did. I was referred by a good friend and she was right. If you want to purchase to be simple go to South Chicago Chrysler they did great.

  A good deal is a good deal. But a great experience is rare when it come to car dealers. I got a great deal and great ecperience. They took the time, ansered my questions, and gave me good warranty. Thanks to Chicago Dodge I rate it over all exceptional

  Customer Service is horrible.

  Customer Service is horrible. They have a slaeman here name Neiko who attitude is so bad you would think he's a woman. I got a vehicle from here with half the down payment. i was allowed bring the rest of the cash back the upcoming days. I got a phone call at 5am and didnt answer because i was sleeping. A couple hours later the same number called again and to my surprise it was( Neiko) Saying why didnt you call me. I dont know what gave this guy the audacity to call me at 5am or to think that we established some type of personal relationship.When he was denied my friendship everything went downhill. I still owed the remainder on my down payment so he would use that as an excuse to call me every single day. The Sales Manager Tom ended up calling me and we made arrangements. five mins later Neiko's calling again.he even started calling from his personal cell phone. I stop answering his calls and he would leave threatening messages saying he's gonna report the car stolen. how, when i didnt steal it. He's gonna press the gps button and come locate the vehicle.lol the car doesnt have gps.Eventually i was fed up with his scare tactics and I said whatever i felt at that moment. During the yelling session he passed the phone to some woman named( HOLLY) Now let's remember i'm the customer being harassed by the overly agressive big man. She immediately gets on the phone screaming bring me my car and now i'm confused. I have never spoken to this woman and she instantly takes to her co-workers defense. I barely goy a word in at first, then i reminded her that i'm the customer and if she has any idea whta customer serive is. She replied customer service doesnt apply when the customer is full of it.This is (Holly) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER I told her i was recording her and she hung up the phone. I don't know what type of people this place hires but i can assure if i would have given this guy a chance i would not be having this problem.

  What can I say accept Mrs.

  What can I say accept Mrs. Wilkerson is great, so helpful I found a car I was interested in on the internet spoke directly with her set an appointment and came down to drive the car. It was still there and it was ready for a test-drive. We were impressed with the attention and time put into our appointment. When we are ready to buy we will be coming in to deal with her directly! Thanks for your time Mrs. Wilkerson.

  I came to specifically look at the new…

  I came to specifically look at the new dodge truck my husband is wanting. So we thought we would take a walk and see what there was to offer. By the time we found the one we wanted they already had a value on our trade in that was reasonable. So we went to dinner and decided it was a great deal for us! Came back to purchase & we couldn't be happier. Our insurance went down as well. Great experience for buying a truck

  Words alone can not describe how great these guys are. They got me financed which was an act of God at an affordable payment. Everybody there was helpful and very nice! They have my business for life!!

  Do not waste your time at this…

  Do not waste your time at this dealership! I went online looking for a car, and the website attendant showed me a car I liked online. The next day, I went to the dealership and got the run-a-round. The sales rep said the car was not in stock and instead showed us an SUV that test drove terribly. When we declined to purchase it and asked to see another vehicle, before he would show us anything else, he demanded a larger down payment. We left immediately!
