I purchased a car a week ago without any hesitation. The customer service was excellent . The atmosphere was solid and comforting. Manny, took control with out a problem and got me a solution in about a hour. I have never had bad experience with them and this make 3 cars that I have applied for and have purchased. The experience gets better each time. Manny was so helpful . I will visit him again and send family, friends and foe. Manny's demeanor was locked on making the sell and I liked that about him. I even though of up grading to a limited Chevy equinox in which they were willing to help me out. I this love dealerships . Manny and Mary and Brian, thanks for the support. Great service.
I went Rogers Auto group on 3/28/13 to look for a new ir used car and met my sells person Isaac H, he was the best he was patient showed every car I asked about and most of them twice and when it was time to do yhe paper work he explained everything very carefully and worked hard on my behalf to get the deal done. He didn't even mind when I called a friend who managed a dealership and put him on soeaker phone to coach me through the deal. I left with all the info I needed, but wanted to check Family Hynudai ,on Sat Isaac called me to let me know they were having a sale I went in and he not only got me a terrific deal he beat Family Hyundai's interest rate by more the 50% I drove away in my 2013 Elantra. I have bought a used vehicle from Roger auto group in 2008 and my experience was lovely. Now I am looking for a new vehicle that is more reliable. At first I did not want to return to the same dealership that I previous bought my first vehicle from, but who will know me better I figure so I decided after two weeks of negotiation with myself that I should return. As I was looking online for a new vehicle I want a 2013 Chevy Traverse or 2013 Chevy Equinox…. oh yeah plenty of family room. This is where the good and bad experience begins…
I went to Rogers Auto Group; I knew exactly what I want and was not accepting anything but what I wanted. We were approached by Raphael the sales person to assist us; after I was told that Patricia did not work on Fridays. I explain to Raphael that I want a new vehicle 2013 Chevy Traverse with no mile… no exception. I was told by Victor that I could not get a new car but he stated that he can put you in a 2012 truck with 33,900 miles… I stated that if it is not New 2013 with 0 miles I do not want the vehicle. Then I was told that my credit was not good enough, I needed a co-signer so after two tries of no credit with co-signer… I gave up on my 2013 Chevy Traverse. The conversations went from begin smooth to rough to me walking out the doors with the bank finance sheets and all my documentation I have completed and sign. I was told by Victor and Raphael let us figure out something and we will get back with you… I replied if it is not a new 2013 vehicle with 0 miles do not call me. Raphael ask me do you have another vehicle in mind I’ve pointed to the 2013 Chevy Equinox and continue to walk out the door after sitting in the dealership for 2/3 hours (9:45am to 12:00pm). I left with no new 2013 vehicle.
My day went on as usual. I had drop off drop off my Husband for dialysis and ran so errands, I then proceed to pick up my children from school. While I was picking up my son from daycare when I receive a phone call from Raphael stating come in to pick up your new vehicle. I ask what vehicle he stated a new 2013 Chevy Equinox with no miles. When we arrive I test drove the 2013 Chevy Equinox and was happy. He then proceeded to ask me if I still had the paperwork from earlier. I replied yes. When I walked in all I had to do was sign here and here and here is your keys. I completed all paper work with Lorraine on 3/08/2013 lessen Lorraina stated, "Ally will be given me a call because that is who had finance me. I receive a call from Ally (Tiffany Challenger? ally dealer specialist) on 3/11/13 welcoming me and I will be receiving a welcome package in the mail in 7 to 14 days about my payments is $485.77 and other contract information.
On 3/19/13 Now Roger Auto Group called and wants me to bring in my 2013 Chevy Equinox vehicle to them.
I ask a question if I decided not to keep this vehicle after 3 weeks and wanted my money back will you all refund my money back to me. Ms. Lorraina stated, “No” once you entered into a binding contact you agree to them terms. There is no give back because you no longer want the vehicle. A contract is a contract.
Roger Auto Group (Lorraine finance department) is asking me to return my 2013 Chevy Equinox vehicle and Lorraine stated, “She can put me into something similar or different”.
I ask for Roger Auto Group legal department she stated that they do not have a legal department. I then ask for Rogers Auto Group lawyer information, so their lawyer to contact me Chalonda McIntosh and I will have my lawyer contact their lawyer. Ms. Lorraina has not given me any information of such and hung up the phone in my face.
Rogers auto dealership causes me, emotional distress, hardship, breach of their own contract, not holding up to their word!
I purchased a 2011 Chevy ECO Cruze Model at Roger's in early May 2011. From the moment I walked in it was top notch service from beginning to end. I had did my homework prior to me coming to this dealership so I knew exactly the model I wanted, the features I was looking for, color, what I wanted to spend, etc. . The salesperson whom I worked with Charles was/has been super. He understood what I was looking for and went the extra mile to get the model and the features I was looking for AND the right price.. AND WITH NO PRESSURE!! I have been happy with my new car every since. In addition, the staff here at Rogers here has been very courteous and professional. This was the right place and the right time for me to purchase my car. I will be a customer for life.
Went to Rogers Auto Group because I had a friend who bought a car and said his experience was great. After speaking with Charles on Friday I came in. Charles (who was fantastic) worked with me to make sure my payments were affordable and that I liked the car, which some dealerships don't do, but Rogers Auto Group definitely did. Definitely the best car buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend anyone to Rogers Auto Group.
I recently bought a new car from Rogers Auto Group (dealt with Derrick, David, &amp;amp; Charles) and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. I was a pretty shrewd car buyer; I knew exactly what I wanted and I was having all the online salespeople in the region compete for my business in the most non-emotional, cut-throat manner possible. Of all the quotes I received, Rogers had the best price by at least $300. I showed the quote to other dealers and their reactions varied from disbelief, shock, anger, to even warnings about how Rogers must be trying to scam me. One dealer said Rogers was giving me that price in order to just get me in the door, and to then pull one over on me in some way. Needless to say I was very skeptical and on the defensive upon arriving, but the experience was great. Right upon arriving, Derrick shook my hand and said, &amp;quot;Well, we've already agreed on the figure, so I'm going to give you to Charles here and he'll take you through the rest.&amp;quot; Price never again came up! I ended up paying exactly the out-the-door price they quoted me. In general I was really pleased with their professionalism, honesty, patience, and general good manner. I'd send anyone to Rogers in the future - thanks guys!
