Having been very satisfied previous customers, this last weekend proved that management no longer cares about the hotel. The service, except for a very nice lady in housekeeping, was non-existent. No one would bother to open the front door for us as we struggled with our bags, the alarm clock jolted us at 4 am - no one bothered to reset it, the elevators were messy and the last straw was enduring the staff at the hotel restaurant during breakfast. There were a number of children running wild and no one on staff cared that this was incredibly disruptive to many of the diners in the restaurant. Waiter loudly cleared dishes and worse, our table had hair on it after the plates were cleared. All this can be yours for the low price of $36.00 for 2 people for breakfast. We will never return and will let EVERYONE know it.
