Renaissance at South Shore

my mother is on her way into this facility i hope that the reviews that i read are not accurate. Because my mother is on her way into the Renaissance, i am trying to keep her close to my home she is only 1block away from me i thought was perfect. But after reading these reviews all i can do is trust GOD, concerning her new living arrangement. i just hope that the nurses and other staff employees know if anything i mean anything goes unnoticed concerning my MOM. Some body gone die.

This place sucks. My grandmother is there and yesterday she fell because the nurses don't watch her. Please don't waste your time, money, or energy in this place.

My grandfather is in this facility, and he gets no help. They drug him all the time and he doesnt have a phone in his room. The staff is very incompetent and they seem to not like their job. He is not the only one they are cruel to. Please stay clear away from this facility.

Caring for the elderly is trying my observation is that some of the workers are overwelmed by the constant attention the residents need however they try and some are not so trying and don't care. Look for another if you can do better
