JC Licht Ace Norwood Park

Gordon's Ace is walking (or running) distance from my properties. They're open later than most, it has become a beneficial asset. After decades of sorting, storing, cluttering spaces, to realize that just a few blocks away most of what I invested heavily in was there, mostly in duplicate. One big difference, their stuff is clean, full and not worn out. Sending occasional helpers seldom came back empty handed, where before, if sent searching on their own very often became a decimating disappointment. Risk is reduced, stress is relieved, time is saved and the expense continues to pay for itself. It is more difficult to praise than how easy it is to scorn. We all have our burdens, however what I observed of Gordon's Ace is it's well kept and by my own experience I understand the investment it takes, is commendable. I have felt welcome to patronize the establishment and hope it continues its glimmering importance for years to come.

THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO OLDER PATORNS !! I know most of the people that read reviews are much younger than I, but time marches on for everybody. When I went in to this location with my wife to buy something with their 50 % off coupon and return one of three junk wine openers she bought there, the younger asst mgr went in back while my wife and myself went different directions in the store . While she was close to the back of the store she heard said asst mgr tell someone that SOME OLD MAN WANTS HIS MONEY BACK ON THIS . My wife yelled he's your customer not SOME OLD MAN . He came out and gave her the refund and never said a word. I am an Ace rewards member @ the Park Ridge store and have never been treated like this. I hope SOME OLD MAN OR SOME OLD WOMAN reads this and never spends a dime in this store.

BTW over half of the patrons in the store and terrible cramped parking lot were SOME OLD MEN !!!!
