This dining experience was a joke! After waiting over 20 minutes to even get service we then heard alot of drama from our server on how she didnt know this was her table???? How do you not know what is your table???? Then it went from bad to worse as we continued to be ignored from our server. Getting anything from her was a problem including a simple drink refill! The food came out cold and we told the waitress to feel the lyanaise potatos so she could see how cold they were and she acted as if we were out of line to ask her to TOUCH the food!!!! She did keep apologizing all night but the only ones who were sorry were us!!!! I did call the Mortons customer service to complain and had to tell our story over and over and then we were promised that they would send out a be our guest certificate to try Mortons again, but guess what, they never sent them and then we got an e-mail that they cant find out transaction! This was a big joke the way they treated us and still are! Big waste of Money and Time to be treated the way we were! Dont waste your time as we did!!!!
