THIS IS THE WORST CLEANERS EVER! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR GARMENTS AND REFUSE TO REPLACE/COMPENSATE YOU FOR THEM!! THIS BUSINESS RUINED MY PELLE JACKET!

I got married this past December. I went to Morton cleaners about 5-6 months prior to my wedding dress to get it altered. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and assured me that they handle numerous wedding dresses with meticulous care. I was a little nervous because the seamstress didn't seem to be fluent in English. However when I went in for my second fitting, the language barrier did NOT seem to be a problem! The dress fit me perfectly. The stitching wasn't complete, but they assured me that when I pick the dress up it'll be perfect. They were right. When I went to go pick it up in October, the stitching was just the way I wanted it. My bridezilla-ness dissipated.



TWO WEEKS prior to my wedding date I tried on the dress again and found that it was too big!!!! I had lost 8 pounds and I needed to get it altered again!!! I rushed to Morton Cleaners and they re-took measurements and did some emergency alterations! It took them only THREE DAYS to complete the dress perfectly fit my tinier frame.



They'll work with you and tell you straight up what is going on. They are honest people and is more than willing to help you out! Two of my girlfriends are getting their dresses done there too for this summer. They are telling me great things about the service there!!! I love this cleaners!



Pros: Fast and Honest Service

They say that they do everything: alterations, cleaning, pressing, and i needed all that, however I will never go there again.It was my biggest mistake to take my wedding gown for alterations to Morton Cleaners. It took them forever to figure out how to fix my dress after they ruined it all up. I went there at least six time and finally decided to just take my gown as far from them as I can. When i went for a final fitting the dress was dirty and didn't fit me at all. It was too tight in my upper area and the waist that was too loose in the first place wasn't even touched. I asked them to fix it. Well, they just did the opposite. Made the upper area loose and waist super tight. I gave them couple more chances, but they kept doing the same thing.They were really unpleasant. They told me that it was my fault that the dress was dirty because i tried it on.I guess i was suppose to clean the fitting room before I wore the dress. The problem with dress not fitting me according to them was my fault again Of course, I kept loosing and gaining weight every week I went for the next fitting. Why wouldn't I. i just wanted to make them miserable and didn't want my dress to be ready. So if u want to make your life more stressful as it could be before the wedding just use Morton Cleaners to alter your perfect wedding gown. And I almost forgot they pressed it too and guess what it had wrinkles all over.
