MI&T arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time. They were very through and made sure every nook and cranny was documented.

If you're looking for a mold inspector, do yourself a favor and CALL MOLD INSPECTION & TESTING. I can't recommend their team highly enough!

MI&T did a thorough, three-hour inspection. They were great in walking us through and explaining all sorts of things that we wouldn't have known as this was our first mold inspection.
