DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A MASSAGE. Paid for upgraded deep tissue massage. Multiple times during massage i noticed she was only using one hand to lightly massage so I looked up to see that she was on her phone. Looked up again, same thing. Really concerned she may have taken pix of me. Called manager, Anne (extremely rude) to demand a refund. She instead offered another free massage instead - no way I was trusting this place for more. WORST.

This place is a joke, staff is VERY rude. Don't waste your time on getting their 1 hour groupon massage because they will tell you when you get there they can only do 30 minutes. The place is a joke. There are plenty of better groupons for massage/salon services out there!

PAID FOR AN HR MASSAGE, THEY WERE 30 MIN LATE AND WOULDN'T ALLOW THE REMAMINING 30 MIN BECAUSE SHE HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

I WAS NOT COMPENSATED FOR THE MONEY WASTED AND WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISPLEASURE WITH THE MANAGER SHE ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS MY FAULT THAT I WASN'T GETTING ANY MONEY BACK AND THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO RETURN.

TERRIBLE "PROFESSIONAL" ESTABLISHMENT!

I have been going here for 18 years and the quality of service for hair color and cut is always great , the staff is kind and the location and parking in front of the place makes it easy to get to.
