i would give them a negative if i could.
1) today i noticed our puppy's front paw had a small wound and was swollen. Called the Metropolitan vet only to be told they don't have emergency time today. How do you not have time for emergencies, by definition emergencies do not need appointment, they need immediate attention. Thank goodness they don't deal with heart attacks, otherwise we had to schedule our attacks to match their time schedule.
2) on multiple occasions we have had to correct their accounting. the error was always to their benefit
3) instead of having a file on pet patient's and their preferred vet, it is on the owners to remember to let the staff know to schedule the pet with a specific vet, if one wants to have a consistent relationship with the doc.
I would not recommend them. My biggest issue is their treating emergencies as one which could have been scheduled. Infection should never be left unchecked, in humans ( which i treat) and in animals which they treat.

I would have no doubt recommending this clinic, particularly to anyone who wants nothing less but the best service for their beloved pets.
