As a senior citizen who recently had brain surgery, I am proud to have had the pleasure to work with the manager John and salesman Dave in negotiating what I find to be very fair. I am honored to sit with John and Dave taking up valuable time to explain all the things that I feel is essential to getting to know this car and I do intend without prejudice to keep working with John and Dave Kazarian in the future.

I purchased my car from Jacob's Twin which was the name of this location before McGrath took over. I can tell you this, I would trust Ed and Rufus in the service department with my LIFE! I have never seen such true customer service as I have with the two of them. If you want to know about a car and the market price, as them before speaking with a saleperson. They will point you to the right salesperson. Also, when it comes to having repairs done, Ed and Rufus discuss with you why you need it done, why you can't be without it being done and can troubleshoot with you on what the outcome will be if you don't have it done.



McGrath is the place to go and I am a happy customer because of Ed and Rufus!

I have never been to a dealership in my entire life where the salespeople were so honest. When I inquired about a 97 Honda he actually said, and I quote, “that one is kind of a lemon. It’s cheap, but you probably don’t want it.” I could not believe my ears. He was really upfront about every defect on their pre owned cars and just told it like it was without any bull****. I wish more dealerships were like this, it doesn’t make sense to lie. I’m going to find out any problem with the cars anyway so it makes sense to just tell me them up front so neither of us waste our time.

I bought a pre owned Audi from McGrath and the turn signal stopped working after a month. I had a warranty so I brought it in, expecting to have to bike to work for a week. Instead they called me THE VERY SAME DAY to tell me that the turn signal was fixed and I could pick it up anytime. Wow.

I took my accord to my regular mechanic three times to figure out why the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. First, they changed they changed battery. It died again the next day, then they changed cables, then battery again. A friend recomneded McGrath Honda and Hyndai and after I told them my story they figured out it was a faulty wire. They were able to fix it in a few weeks. I’ve been so stressed out about this car that it was a big relief to finally have it working again.
