Lot of boys hangs in hallways and do drugs, people that lived here for many years think that they own the building, they kids are the ones who hangs in the hall way have gang friends over drinking and smoking weed in the hall way and the manager dont do nothing



but other people that just move in be picked on and treated different



manager needs to tell these old time residents that they kids is not better than any one else to tell them to stop playing music loud and hanging with gang bangers
