Lucky Vito's more like Unlucky Tony's

    Provided by

They always hide in ""extra"" costs and obnoxious taxes on top of the bad service. here is an example. ""Hi, I would like to order a your special, ""no not today!."" what it says here you have a special for 11.95 ""No price went up"" \r ""we don't give away!"" ""what!"" \r \r ""we don't give away"" lol Ok well this one says 11.95. 'ok, fine what you want"" I would like a one topping special w/ peperoni."" "" IS THAT ALL""\r \r then I ask about chicken fingers she says, ""is that all"" rude and obnoxious and don't bother asking for the owner or manager, she is both according to her. \r And wait until the rude latino girl tries to explain how the special goes from 11.95 for a pizza to 24.00 w. tax and delivery charge, it is unfriendly service.\r \r Or if you're lucky will get a sweet old lady and this is what I don't understand either she is allowing this to go on or they have her scared out of her mind. They never fix an order they mess up they never compensate you for a burnt pizza. Sure the owner is nice but it will take you at least a week to talk to her then she pulls the oh so sorry we do something about her, then you get the same person w/ the same bad attitude. \r \r It is sad because the pizza is so good only if you ask them to take care when preparing it they have no concept of what a good pie looks like but the flavor is a1. If they were nice and changed staff it would be the best pizza place in town but the service lets it down. I no longer even bother and it is a shame.\r \r It is not a breakdown in dialogue rather a breakdown in common courtesy.
