Over the past 9 years my husband, myself and now 3 kids have regularly dined at La Fiesta. There food has never been outstanding, but reliably good. Great chips, salsa and margaritas however.\r \r The reason for my review tonight though is to alert you of the management behind the scenes that I had not interacted with before tonight.\r \r It is a balmy 11degrees here tonight and the heat at La Fiesta is NOT working. When we first walked into the restaraunt we thought it felt chilly, but it is freezing outside so thought perhaps it was due to the winter air that came into the place with us. Once seated however we were unable to remove our coats. It was extremely cold inside too! Not ones to complain we ordered, thinking it was just our imagination that it was so cold. After our margaritas were brought to the table (and after having ordered) we asked our waitress if the heat could be turned up. It was then that we were informed that the furnace was broken! I immediately asked to speak with the manager. His only responce is that they were working on it, (which was obvious by this point from the constant banging originating from behind the walls and ceiling), but didn't feel it was necessary to have informed customers that they would be dining in frigid temps. Our meal was not comped...no free chips, or salsa, or drinks or anything. He also had told the waitstaff not to inform customers of the lack of heat when seated! We have 3 small children and there where other families there also with small children. Several people were wearing coats. \r \r I am blown away that a manager of a restaraunt would choose to be so blatantly dishonest and unethical with regular diners! If he had no qualms about something as obvious as lack of heat, it's got to cause one to question what else he is not upholding to an average person's standards. This guy's lact of ethics, honesty and caring just cost him our business.
Unsafe. I went into the restaurant last night for 1 hour. I came outside and my window was smashed, glass broken, car was torn apart and items were stolen. How no one saw or heard anything (right at the restaurant) is beyond me. I would never go back there again.

We have been going to La Fiesta for nearly 15 years and never had a bad meal. From the burritos to the bistec ranchero. Everything is very flavorful! The appetizers are authentic, the chips are homemade and the kids love the fried ice cream for dessert. I would recommend highly!

The food is OK. . I had the combo plate and it was pretty good, my son had the bistec ranchero and he said it was pretty bland. Not worth 11.99 he said.
