If I could rate with negative stars I would.
By far the most puzzling experience I have ever had at a dental consultation. I went in to learn about 6 month smiles. Dr. Anast was rude, arrogant and lacking the skill to have a basic consultation. Here are some tips doc: ask the patient why he or she is there. Tell them what you need to do before prying around their mouth with a tool. When patient mentions they want information on straightening their teeth, do not throw out $3500 and tell them it's pretty basic. The core of the issue was Dr. Anast did not seem to appreciate that I had another dentist and was only there to learn about the corrective options. After learning that, he treated me like dirt - with short, rude responses to my many questions about what he would recommend, since he would not tell me without my prying it out of him.
The most unprofessional experience ever. Good luck with that, Dr. Anast. Did you learn that arrogance in dental school? It won't ride for long.
