Great Kababs, everything else, a gem on Devon

With a smile as wide as all the Indus River, your genial host, Wajid, will direct you to your table handing you a postal change of address form--because once you taste the food, you will never want to leave.\r This is a tremendous place for the food. When it comes to authenticity, value and humility, J. K. Kabob house cannot be beat.\r The food at J. K. includes kabobs of chicken, beef, and lamb. On the lighter side you can order fish, dal (curried lentils) and stir-fried rice dishes. The style is Hyderabadi (Pakistani). Kitchen and seating capacity are limited, so things can be slow when busiest, however the food is all home-cooked to order and well worth the wait. The Bihari (beef) kabobs are the house specialty, marinated in papaya and spices that tenderize+ the meat naturally -taste and texture are outstanding. Combination plates of several variations are available all under $10.00. Nightly specials also. A true gem.
