The food is to die for! Absolutely delicious and for a reasonable price. The hookah is fantastic, they use only Starbuzz tobacco which is (for those who don't know) one of the priciest and best quality tobaccos you can get your hands on. The staff if friendly and welcoming, they are always willing to make exceptions for picky people and will combine any flavors and include a selection of flavors that mix very well. The staff changes coals for you and will give you your own tongs and coals if you ask of them, but otherwise you just let them worry about your coals and they take care of it. The environment is incredibly clean (which is rare for a hookah bar). The music is great, but I recommend going in on a weekday because the weekends can get a bit hectic.

Hubble Hookah is a great place to hang... But I feel the Owner Ralph need to take a class in Business Etiquette... I had a birthday party there. My guess count was 35 people... The waitress suggested we should have separate checks for the tab... The idea sounded good until the end of the night when I got stuck with a $200 tab that was suppose to be split 35 ways. The waitress didn't properly separate the bill... I was pissed... When I brought my concern to Ralph, he didn't seem to care. He offered me a free Hookah... WHAT??? Your establishment makes a $200 mistake, and all you can offer me in return is a $17 Hookah... Get a Clue Ralph... Over the course of December Me and My guess spent over $1500 at Hubble Hookah.... Hope it was worth it Ralph...
I went by on a Saturday night with my wife. Enjoyed a couple of ice cold beers, my wife enjoyed a pomegranate martini, and a couple of mango pineapple hookahs with an amazing intense taste. alot of smoke, free wifi, good music, really nice employees and a free repack after a little while. never felt rushed or bothered.
FYI make reservations you will wait. MAKE RESERVATIONS
I went to Hubble, which is only a few blocks away from my house looking for a new experience. It was a Saturday night and the place was crowded, and slightly understaffed. It was my roommates birthday and we had a party of 10. When we arrived, noon seated us, we just happend to see the table reserved and sat down. It took at least 20 minutes for the waitress to stop by to get our drink order. Another 10 minutes to get water.
When we ordered the hookah it took a good 10-15 minutes to come out. This I did not feel was too bad. They did not serve it with and extra coals or with tongs to turn it. I had to request this.
When the food came out it was delicious. The hummace was presented terry well. The shrimp was succulent and the beef kabob was flavorful, however I wished it came out on a stick. The prices were ok, if not slightly high, considering you are in elmwood park and not down town chicago. It is nice that they have a full liquor bar. The ambiance is nice and it appeared to be popular with group dates.
Overall I will try to go back again, perhaps on a less crowded night. I also think our waitress was less that the best.

this is my favorite hookah bar in all of chicago. i have to strongly disagree with the previous statements of bad service. i always have excellent service within appropriate timing. on weekends the place is packed so service may be a bit slower but thats the same with any busy place and understandable. they always invent new mixes that our servers tell us about that arent on the menu. we got pineapple express last time and they even mixed up a sample for us to smell before we smoked it...thats quality service if u ask me. if ud like a booth and have less than 5 people on a weekend they wont give it to u but if u make reservations for one in advance they will. everyone is so polite and nice there its hard not to keep coming back.

Ask for something, it will come to you in about 25 to 30 mins. to expensive for the treatment you get. unconfortible seating. rude workers! go to the hookah bar in villa park near intersections, 83 and north ave. but they dont have food or drinks its just smoking, but they treat you good

this place is not for ones who smoke. this place has really bad service. takes almost an hour and a half for them to change the coal on top of the hookha. horrable service. the tabaccoo is old and the mixes are not good, by far, they are the worst ive ever had. dont get me wronge the place is pritty nice but factor in the bad service and old tobaccoo and the fact that its 12 per hookha, it isnt worth it.

HI GUYS, i have the insider news since I used to work for them. it is a nice place to smoke hookah and a simple environment to hang out with a date and or a group of your friends who enjoy hookah. the food is also...""meh"". but, the manager is very inexperienced and the servers are very forgetful. the management is ran by a kid at 22years old. Their business model/plan is stale....it is ""hey, the kids like hookah, so lets have a hookah business"". i noticed that they won't attended to the ""younger"" crowed as much....the servers just assume they won't tip. the cooks, servers, and bussers are all related ...(witch anyone that holds a strong intelligent mind in business will tell ya, it's never a great idea to mix friends and family with business).
also, they refuse to have their tobacco displayed out for you. why you ask? because its too old and dry. sorry to say this but, some of the hookah hoses are dirty, when you wrap your lips around it to smoke, don?t be surprised to inhale a mouthful of ash. when the manager is gone for the day, his little sister is in charge.....did a mention what a savvy business plan the have? go to the nearest neighborhood high school and grab the closest girl to you, then throw her in this joint to run it, the management will be the same. so, if you want a place to smoke hookah and ""pound a couple"", by all means feel free to go to hubble hookah but, if you want a place to impress yourself or your date, a place with a superior service and products, and a place that not only wants your business they value it, simply spend your hard earned dollar at Sigara hookah or some other joint. thanx.
