The view and decor of this place make the dining experience highly memorable. For that alone, its worth trip. Take all that away though, and you have an very average Cheesecake Factory...minus cheesecake even being on the menu. I probably wouldn't dine here as my first choice but I would give a fair recommendation to anyone seeking to try it out. Drinks & Appetizers The drinks were highly over priced. Ambience is very nice especially if you get seated overlooking Michigan Ave. The food isn't as good as the Cheesecake Factory, but you can see the similarity. Service was respectable and price is pretty reasonable for the location and food. Perfect place to grab lunch or dinner in after a day of shopping around.Like this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
On my last visit to Chicago, we ate at the Grand Lux Cafe. Everything about this restaurant is good! The food, drinks, dessert! All amazing! And the atmetsphere is so nice, very relaxing and will deffinetly be going back to eat on my next trip coming up in March!!Like this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
Several clients wanted a unique Chicago desert so I took them to Grand Lux. My children and I frequent here when shopping. Watching my colleagues voraciously consume the strawberry shortcake was a memorable experience. They all left very happy. Anytime I want to make a great Chicago impression on my out of town clients, this is one of my first stops!Like this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
Coming from Fort Wayne,IN you have got to eat here at least once in Chicago,IL. The Crispy Carmel Chicken is very good and tender. They have great coffee. The parking is $12 with a ticket slip from the front desk with 3 hours grace. Try it out and treat your friends.Like this review?Yes|Flag AbuseProvided by Citysearch
