DO NOT GO HERE!!! They kept charging my credit card unauthorized fees when they made it almost impossible to cancel my membership. My complaint is very similar to previous ones (check all cancellation complaints) I kept my member ship for over two years and they were okay, however when it came to canceling my membership it became a living nightmare. I was told false information over the phone and in person by a few different staff members, which is why I requested to speak to manager. I had visited the business on multiple occasions and every time I was told the manager wasn?t in or that he was busy (I was even making phone calls on a regular basis there). A couple staff members said a simple email would take care of the cancellation, which was not the case. My credit card was charged for another month, which I had to find out on my own, and when I called I was told by the manager, John, that this was my fault. Even though they had failed to reply to my email or respond to my calls, I was not getting anywhere talking to manager. I requested to speak to someone above the manager since during conversation he was raising his voice to me and being very irate when I was just trying to get answers. He snapped at me and said that the person I was requesting to speak to would tell me the same thing. I still decided to call Derrick, the owner, and from his response I could clearly see where John the manager got his customer service skills. Both were disturbingly rude and even yelled at me over the phone. They both need a lesson in customer service and I would NOT recommend anyone going here. Cheetah Gym is just down the street and I heard they are much better anyways.
