I should have read these reviews before I started using using this company! I have missed two flights waiting on these jokers. Save yourself the trouble and frustration - go with someone else!!!!
Left me stranded trying to get to Wrigley Field for Brad Paisley Concert. Left my car at a friend's house in the city. Dispatch told me 5 to 30 minutes for a pick up to Wrigley. After 35 minutes no cab, no call. I called and the dispatcher told me no one wanted to take the fare to Wrigley. Great why didn't you call back. He was too "busy" he said. Had to hop a bus and missed the first performer. Also, very rude on the phone.

1. Worst company to deal with, fake promises and bad management. 2. Main goal to make money from their drivers no matter how. 3. You have 50% chance to get your cab on time because of the old fashion dispatch system they use. 4. it has been proven than dispatcher sell good orders to preferred drivers so do even think about working in that place. 5.All kind of problems with the credit cards, not authorized, double swips,theft... 6.Most their drivers are new, not enough experience like Flash or Yellow.

Called this taxi service to take us to the el. They said they would be there within 20 mintues and they were there in 5. Iaccidentaly left my laptop in the taxi, and when I called they said the driver had found it and could drop it off at the house. Well, we were at the airport by then , so they said they'd hold it until we returned. A week later, they still had it. We were soooo happy!

Called an was told 5-20 minutes for a cab. 30 minutes later I'm told the cab is outside. I go out, it's not there. I'm told the driver misheard the address and he will be to me in a minute. 15 minutes later the cab arrives. Worst service I've ever had. When I called their dispatch to tell them to cancel it due to this issue, the woman could not have cared less about losing the business. I am now more than 20 minutes late due to the incompetency of this service.

I received a call at 7:30am that my cab had arrived. I went outside at 7:32 and was screamed at, practically accosted by the cab driver. He was upset that I wasn't already waiting outside for him. He threw my suitcase in the trunk and took off like a mad man. Drove like a complete maniac. He was incredibly rude and a terrible driver. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! Not to mention the fact that I wreak of smoke after being in the cab for 15 minutes.

Tierra keeps stealing from the taxi drivers of Dispatch Taxi Affiliation. It is very cunning how she does it. She confuses the cabbie by having him start filling out his lease, and then goes on to helping other drivers. By the time she gets back to the first driver's transaction she doesn't give him credit for all the credit cards receipts that were processed and tells the cabbie he owes more money than he really does. Since time has passed between when the transaction was started - and then the credit card money is calculated into how much the driver owes for his lease it is easy for her to tell him the wrong amount. She figures the driver forgot how much the credit cards were really worth. She usually steals about 10 dollars on each transaction and has been doing this for over a year. Based on calculations and how many drivers she has been stealing from on a regular basis we figure she is stealing about $800.00 dollars a month from her own taxi drivers!!! Guess she needs money for pot and other drugs her and her sister do and sometimes does around the company building on elston. She has doen this to some drivers more than three times which is why we are finally writing this. If it happens one more time, then we will go to city hall and file a complaint against the company and demand money back. We have records of her transactions that have been thefts.\r Atef
THEY ARE RUDE, NASTY AND UNCARRING!

I spoke with a dispatcher to ask her to give me a quote on a one-way route. She said, ""the cost is $..... per mile, I don't even know where that's at, is that in the suburbs"". I gave her the neighborhoo but there was no attempt to quote me a price. Too many other taxi services to choose from. Poor first impression.

I used this company on a trip out to Ohare from downtown. The car was very clean. The driver was not using a cell phone. \r \r The most amazing part is that i left my wallet in the cab at the airport and got a call the next day from my car insurance company to let me know that the taxi company had my wallet. Not only did they take the extra step of finding my wallet and calling one of my cards, all of my cash and cards were still in the wallet. That's honesty - and you can't ask for more than that. \r \r The only con that i can think of is that the driver was a bit aggressive with driving. Probably not more so than many other taxi drivers. \r \r Bottom line -I would absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to others. It's rare to find this kind of honesty anymore and I believe that they should be rewarded with increased business.\r \r THANK YOU!

Since all the taxi (company) names are similar in the Chicago area... I was convinced this company had double charged my credit card for a trip recently taken from O'Hare back to the city.\r \r I called and received prompt service... I explained the issue to Dispatch employee, Juan. Juan took the time to look up the credit card number several different times and by several different methods. He called me back within an hour explaining he figured out which company this belonged to and even provided the contact information to call and get it straightened out with the right company... he was correct. Juan saved the day, I appreciate that he went out of his way to help!

Just recently I took this cab back home from a club. Unfortunately, I was pretty intoxicated and left my wallet on the back seat. Today one of the drivers personally came to my house to return it!!! Absolutely nothing was gone from it, now even $10 in cash. I wanted to offer the $10 to the driver as a tip but he refused to accept it. From now on this is the only taxi ill ever be calling to.
I CALLED IN TO GET A CAB AT MY HOUSE AND IT NEVER CAME SO I HAD TO CALL IN TO GET ANOTHER CAB TRY BLUE CAB THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD SERVICE I CALLED THEM AND THE WHERE HERE IN 10 MINUTES AND CONTACTED ME RIGHT AWAY TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD A TAXI AVAILABLE

My wallet fell out of my coat and they were honest and polite enough to actually go to the effort of locating me and returning it with all of my belongings still in it!!! I was truly pleased with the honesty and reliability of this company. Thanks Juan!!

I left my cell phone in the cab, and the cab driver was able to return it to me with in an hour of leaving it in the cab. If it weren't for Juan Hernandez in the main office, I would have not been able to reach the cab driver! Juan, thanks again, my cell is my life and business!

I pre-ordered my taxi to pick me up at O'Hara for arrival and at another location the following day for departure from Chicago. The driver, Mr. Ottman, was on time both days, in fact early! Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Dispatch Taxi Service. The office staff was extremely helpful and called me back with the driver's name and phone number prior to my departure. I travel frequently and have found little or no customer service when it comes to taxis. This was a nice and welcomed change. Other companies could take a lesson in customer service from Dispatch Taxi. A+++++++ service!
I was traveling in Chicago on business and mistakenly left my wallet in one of their cabs. The dispatcher somehow tracked down the driver who then called me on my cell phone. He then drove to the restaurant I was at and gave me back my wallet with everything in tact. I thanked the driver and wanted to give him a small reward for getting me my wallet and helping me avoid tremendous anguish since I was supposed to fly home then next day, but he refused. All this happend within an hour. This was a wonderful experience and this company and driver should be commended for doing a great deed. Who could ask for better customer service!

One of these cabs was following my friend through a neighborhood, riding on her tail honking at her. She parked at a friend's house and noticed the driver had gone into a house up the street. When he came out and drove towards her, she threw him the finger, to which he pulled over and chased her down with a tazer. After pinning her to a wall and screaming at her, he grabbed the glasses off her face and took off. This man obviously has no respect for the visually impared and cost her five hundred dollard in insurance money. Look out for 3470, appearently the night driver.
