I have been a loyal Dinkel's customer for 17 years. Unfortunately, the past 4 years have been very disappointing, and I have stopped going there altogether, except to order the one cake I know they won't screw up - and that is the White Rose Cake! (It is delicious!) The last two birthday cake orders were screwed up entirely. In fact, I had selected a birthday cake from the website and, to my dismay, when I went to pick the cake up, it was an entirely different design.
And my orders for Christmas have been screwed up every year for 4 years!
I do not know what has happened to Dinkel's over the past 4 years - but it isn't good. I only wish that they would improve so I can return as a customer!
