I hired Chicago Service Group to Build a…

I hired Chicago Service Group to Build a new Fence and Deck at my home in Orland Park. Their price was about 5% higher then the other two companys i had come out to bid. We decided to move forward with CSG because of the professionalism of their staff leading up to our proposal and the level of insurance that they carry. They provided us with a certificate of insurance prior to starting the work. The crews arrived on time as promised and the supervisor was always available to answer any of our questions. The crews were all uniformed and professional. Our job was completed on time and it turned out better then we expected. We just signed another contract to have them to install our brick paver patio and concrete driveway. I look forward to working with CSG againand highly reccomend this company to anybody looking for quality work, professional service and a competative rate.

I had the pleasure of hiring Chicago…

I had the pleasure of hiring Chicago Service Group 3 years ago for Concrete repairs at one of our condo buildings down town. Since them we use them for all our landscaping and landscape maintenance, Snow removal, and building maintenance issues. Their pricing is fair and comepative and they complete all jobs and work orders on time and within budget. I can not say enough great things about this company. Professionalism at its best. From the office manager to the technicians, they are all knowledgeable and accomidating. I have been in the building management business for more then 18 years and know service vendors. CSG is one of the best service providers we have ever encountered.

I first heard about Chicago Service Group though a friend. I hired them to remove and install a concrete patio in 2009. The work was completed in a timely, professional manner by a uniformed crew. The supervisor was on site throughout the process and after the work was complete walked through the job with my husband and I. Everything was perfect! Since then we use CSG for our weekly landscape service, all our landscape upgrades, irrigation start up and shut down and snow removal. Could not be more happy. They have become like family. Highly recommended !

If I could give this company no stars or negative stars I would. This has been my worse nightmare ever!!! I wish ST38 would have posted his review earlier because I would've never hired this company otherwise. They had no design team, no drawings, no nothing. They worked by word. The people in the office were nice up until the moment they got my money, after that they were rude to me all the time. The work was not completed and I was told that what I wanted was not in the contract. Well guess what? it was all by mouth. None of the guaranteed work was done because it was not in the contract. They also destroyed by yard and now it is 20 times worse than it was before they worked on it. They don't return calls and make appointments based on what is convenient to them. You have the last word, but if you are reading this is because you want to know the truth about this company and the truth is they are not a good company.

I have used many differant Snow Management companies over the last 10 years until December of 2006 when Chicago Service Group rescued me from a near disaster after a 7"" snow fall hit and my snow contractor failed to even show up. We have used Snowbiz, Inc for more then 5 years and have only great things to say about all levels of the business. This company takes customer service to a whole new level. The staff are all professional and the service is outstanding. Snowbiz Handles all our City paid parking lots and never have we had an issue about service. I wish i could give them all our city streets as well. Snowbiz gets the City Of Chicago Vote!!!

I am a property manager of over 60 properties throughout the Chicago land area. I have used countless less then professional companies over the last 15 years until I was referred to Snowbiz,Inc of Illinois by the South Loop Chamber of Commerce in 2003. I have since only used Snowbiz. This company is simply the most professional and their level of service exceeds all expectations. I just signed 67 new contracts for them last week and can not imagine my head aches without them performing my work. I sleep during storms knowing that all my sites are properly serviced. i never have any over billing issues like i have in the past with other providers. Great Job Snowbiz, keep up the great work.

The most professional service I have ever delt with.

I have been in the real estate management business for more then 20 years when I was referred to APS, From the minute I spoke to the office to the follow up calls about the work i hired them to perform, it has all been proffessional and the service has been outstandng. I since have used APS for all of our properties for Landscaping, Snow Removal, Concrete and Asphalt repairs.
