I have never written one of these reviews before but felt compelled to do so after the treatment I received during my last visit to Casey Moran's. The managers are rude and could not care less about customer service or treating their patrons with respect. Do not go here unless you want to be ignored by the on site managers or possibly even intimidated by the bouncers. All that this establishment is concerned with is packing in as many people as possible. I guess that they can combat the lack of repeat business as long as they can pack in first timers and out-of-towners. Skip this place unless you want to be packed in body to body, pay too much, and be told that you can leave if you don't like how you are being treated.

Casey Moran's is a nice departure from the many dive bars/Irish bars/""club"" bars in the Wrigleyville area (most of which are great, but sometimes you just want a change). It's very polished and clean...almost too much so. There are LCD/plasma TVs everywhere...so it's a great sports bar during the day. There is a dance floor opened up at night, but it's not overwhelmingly big and doesn't ruin the bar atmosphere. The wait staff is extremely friendly. My only knock is that some of the bartenders don't seem quite so eager to please, and perhaps the drinks could be slightly cheaper, but these are minor complaints. Casey Moran's is also very good for reserving the side room for parties...the management is quite helpful in this regard and the pricing is very reasonable. Overall, this (along with the nearby Full Shilling) is a nice alternative to the places like Barleycorn and Cubby Bear that have degraded into havens for obnoxious suburban neophytes who got lost on the way to Rush and Division. Again, sometimes I think this place feels TOO polished, but it's a great place to jump into whether you're coming from a Cubs game or a high-end restaurant.

Casey Moran's is a great alternative to the typical sports bars in Wrigleyville. It offers a much more upscale environment with its beautiful bar complete with mahogany accents and chandeliers, yet still maintains to draw a young and lively crowd. Like all Wrigleyville bars during Cubs season the bar can be crowded and the prices go up, but you get much more bang for your buck in a bar like Casey Moran's then in many of its competitors. In addition Casey's has a great beer garden and the food and service has never disappointed me. I would highly recommend checking it out.

I love it. The place has exactly what I look for - a few places to sit down, even though its busy, and a dance floor if you're in the mood. The servers are amazing - getting inside is pretty hard during Cubs season, not necessarily cause of the line, but because my friends and I can't stop staring at the beer tub girl when we walk in. The people that frequent the place are pretty cool, and its a slightly younger crowd than some of the nearby Southport bars, plus, theres a good mix of guys and girls. And, you cant forget that its right across from Wrigley, stumbling distance for after the game. Only drawback is the drink prices are a little more expensive than others in the area - but it's worth it to me, and even to my friends that are on the cheap side too.
