Great business. I was extremely happy that someone answered my phone at 7:30 in the evening for not having hot water due to water heater problems. He said that he always picks up the phone no matter what time of the day it was for customers. Within two hours he was at my place and looking at the water heater. He could have easily replaced the whole unit and charged a $1,000. However, Frank the owner is a very honest and reliable man. He ran through all the checks and found that the filters were simply dirty and needed to be cleaned. The heater is now running perfectly smooth again. I would recommend him to any homeowner or friends looking for an honest, reliable, and personable plumber. Extremely nice person.
