The Third floor receptionist are very discourteous when calling in to speak to a patient. They have hung up numerous times. Disrespected me and lying telling me the patient is not in the room. The phone rings and rings until it goes back to the first person who transfers to the third floor. I am going to report this to the BBB. It is poor service to be treated rudely. I would never recommend the elderly or sick to this facility. You need to screen your employees who answer the phones to treat incoming calls more respectful. I try to check on my loved ones condition that is the reason I call.HELP!!!
