Brownstone used to be my go to restaurant when I was looking for good food, but I will never return.\r I ordered a turkey burger and it was cold in the middle so I sent it back to have it cooked more. Wow. Brownstone is a true gem in Chicago. It took over Ben's and turned it into a bar food mecca... You have to try the Merkts burger... believe me, you won't regret it. Chimichuri fries or seasoned, you won't go wrong... and definitely try the sinful cookie skillet. Their pretzel appetizers are awesome too, but will leave you too full for your main entree...
