        Overall

        On 5/1/18, took my car with engine light on. JACKSTATED it was under warranty and it was fixed I guest,picked up car and next morning engine light on again..My third trip to drop off car, and ZJACK tells me they made mistakes and repair is actually $550, hum, then ACK shout at me when I ask that they paid for my 3rd and 4th trip back to shop, he said no,dispute me spending over$2000 for repairs in the last 2 yrs.

        The front desk personnel would not honor a warranty claim on a Continental Tire. Prior to going to Ashland Tire and Auto I had spoken with Continental Customer Service and they verified that it was a covered defect and suggested I take it to Ashland Tire for replacement. On top of not fulfilling their warranty obligations they were very disrespectful to my wife which is completely uncalled for. It's one thing to deny a claim, but its another to be disrespectful to a female. I will not be going to Ashland Tire & Auto and feel sorry for those who would accept this level of service.
