Do Not Live here- bad bad choice

NO Heat, NO Parking, NO Maintence, NO Fitness Center, NO Storage Unit, NO Security, NO A/C, NO Cleaning, NO Compensation, NO Responsible & Care by Management, NO Amenities, NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!

If you are going to move here it is a nice looking apartment. Yet all of the things included in the rent that the management tells you about, well you will never see them. Promised AC units, didn't happen kept saying 2 weeks and then 2 more until winter came and then they said next spring.

Next we were all promised a Fitness Center in the basement. 2weeks went by, then 2 more. Eventually i went in to talk to management and was told that they couldn't build the fitness center in this building because there had to be to exits and if it was in the basement that it wasnt possible. COMPLETE --------.

Then there is the trash shoot. This was supposed to be working when we moved in, that hasn't happened. Instead unlike the other building that you could leave your garbage by the elevator and the service men would pick them up, in this building you have to carry you garbage across the parking lot and heave it into a dumpster that it 6ft tall.

In addition when we first moved in the management waited 3 weeks to give us keys to our own mailboxes. During that time we had to get buzzed into the other building, check our mail there (that we were sharing to whomever moved into our apartment).

Then there is the parking situation. I move into this new building in October. I talked to the management in september about getting a parking spot. They told me that it would be about a month because people are moving out of the building adjacent to the new one. Yeah its been 3months and not even a word about getting a parking spot.

Lets continue....

Water temperature changes dramatically every morning from hot to cold, but overall stays warm. Filled out a maintance request good luck getting them to come and fix anything unless you complain daily.

Then there is the management themselves. Go and talk to them about problems with the building. They will yell at you and snap their fingers in your face. They just don't care about you. They are there to show people apartments and put on a pretty face. They really could care less about anyone in this building. They just want to fill the building.

Complaining will get you nothing. "Except the threat of raising rent 10-12% next year"

I complained about all of these issues and you know what I was told by Shansha Powell

in multiple emails, with the same response "I am Shanasha Powell and I don't care about you or any of your concerns.
