Will NEVER go back because of the treatment I was given from the bartender ""susie"" Everytime I went to the bar she would walk away or completely ignore me, when she finally asked us what we wanted she said ""What do you peoplewant"" and acted like she was soooo put out by this. I have never experienced such rude, mean, bizarre behavior from anyone in my life, let alone someone in the service industry. Was extremely disappointed. Other staff at the counter and waitresses were extremely rude and acted like they were brain dead! Will go to a place where my business is appreciated and I don't feel abused.

I love this place. It's basically a party atmosphere at the bar where you get a chance to bowl as well.\r \r The video screens behind the lanes are a blast. Music is loud and that encourages the party atmosphere. Service at the lanes by the waitresses was great. Very friendly.\r \r I do recommend that you plan ahead because this place gets busy, and stays busy. Good looking people having a good time at a good place. \r \r If you want to bowl and drink downtown, this is the place for you!

We visited 10pin on a saturday night with a group of 20-30 friends. We prepaid for the lanes and for 3 hours of open bar (we all received wristbands). The bowling was great and the scene was better than Lucky Strike. Our only problem was the bar experience. The bartender was the rudest I've experienced in 10 years of going to bars. Everyone with a wristband was treated as a 2nd class citizen and we paid a lot of money up front. He waited on everyone without a wristband first and then treated us like we were lucky to be getting his time and service. He cut off the open bar 5 minutes early and refused to serve us a last drink. Typically, you might get 1 or 2 people complaining about a bad experience like this but I had over 10 people in our group comment on how terrible the bar service was. Enjoy the bowling but I don't recommend booking your private party here.

Solid bowling alley and bar, but the kicker is the giant video screens attached to a video jukebox that let users program their own entertainment for the evening. Nothing like a night of Metal Madness on the lanes - I will come here every time I visit Chicago.

Just in town for a few days and happened on this place. It is super fun. The atmosphere is great. The music is awesome. I was only on one lane and though I admit I am not a super great bowler I know when the lane is a little off. Just stay off lane 13. Even though the lane was off it was still a lot of fun and for a $2/game retro Monday special ya can't beat it. Don't miss this when you are in town.

I went to 10pin for new year's eve, and took 6 friends with me who were visiting from out of town. It was the first time, and it will be the last. First of all, the place looks and smells old. We were put on the wait list to bowl, two and half hours later we were still not on a lane. The drinks were weak and the bartender was extremely rude... he served us martinis on ice in a plastic cup. When we told him that's not what we wanted, he proceeded to ignore us for the next 10 minutes.\r \r All in all, this place is a disaster. If you are looking for a good time, I would suggest going to Lucky Strike (a newer and much nicer version of this place, only a few blocks away). Don't waste your money here.
