Justin, the owner of Computer Prodigies, helped me far beyond my expectations. The diagnosis was free, and he gave me options along the way and explained everything. Although I originally just came in to have the power supply unit replaced, he also improved my PC's performance significantly. My PC is over 9 years old and it runs as well if not better than when I had originally purchased it. Prior to bringing it in, it could barely play videos online. He also added some nice programs for free that have been quite useful. I highly recommend Computer Prodigies and I will be going back for any performance enhancements or repairs in the future. Justin really cares about his customers.
I am in a horrible dilemna and everyone I have talked to say that I'm flat out of luck. I have a C: and D: drive on my desktop. It is part of our home wireless network. There was years of "junk" on my computer so I decided to clean it up. I gathered all my data into one folder and did a back up and then reformatted the C drive. When I went to restore the data it was encrypted and now of course the FEK is gone. We don't know HOW it got encrypted. I need Data Recovery. Then salvage data helped me out from this problem
I am working with Kernel PowerPoint Repair version 4.05.01 (on Windows XP with Office 2003, recovering an Office 2003 ppt file). Whenever I try to repair a PowerPoint document, when entering the "Writing objects data in slide" phase the application states:"Critical Error 026 has occurred. Please restart the application" One of my friend recommended that I try Salvage Data product and I am very glad that I have got back all company presentations very quickly. Thanks to Salvage Data.
