HATS OFF TO KEVIN (sales) and the rest of the "crew" at ROGERS AUTO GROUP!!! WHEN MY ENGINE LOCKED UP ON ME LAST WEEK, I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! WITH 2 JOBS AND NO CAR, I WAS HEADED FOR BIG TROUBLE. i was searching for a car dealer that could handle my worse than horrible credit, and could accept the fact that i could not afford to put ANY MONEY DOWN. i found rogers auto group and called to explain my situation. KEVIN GOT MY APPLICATION AND SAID HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES A DAY EVERY DAY, AND im relatively certain that i was a huge pain (unfortunately, patience is NOT a virtue that i possess), Still, each time i called, the staff there was poite and professional. the day kevin called to say i could come pick out my car, i was thrilled....till i realized i had no way to get to the dealership. NOT A PROBLEM!!! ROGERS AUTO GROUP TO THE RESCUE! my sales-person, KEVIN picked me up personally...at my front door!! upon arrival at the dealership, i was amazed. the showroom was beautiful, and the selection of cars was impressive and so diverse! I was greeted by courteous staff, and given a tour of the dealership and the service department. Within minutes, i was informed that not only had my loan been approved, but that i could drive home the exact car i had asked for!!! rogers auto group worked a MIRACLE FOR ME!!! with no money down, i was able to get a brand new car with a 10 year hundred thousand mile bumper to bumper and drive train warrantee....my payments are manageable, and they even got me a terrific low price for full coverage auto insurance!! and the car came with roadside assistance...what more could i ask for? not a thing! KEVIN, MANY THANKS TO YOU AND THE REST OF YOUR TEAM FOR SAVING ME!! I LOVE MY CAR, AND I WILL BE SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW who is in the market for a vehicle to rogers auto group!! you guys are the best!! the people here work miracles!!! with horrible credit, and no money down, they were able to get me financed and put me in a brand new vehicle...the one of my choosing (most dealers try to sell you the car THEY wanna sell you, not the car you pick out)...with verifiable income, they can do it!! they ALSO SAVED ME THOUSAND$$$....BY SECURING EVERY REBATE THEY could find that i was qualified for!!!! One of which was even "THE AUTO SHOW" rebate....if there is a rebate to save you money, the people at auto rogers group will find it!! oh, and my sales person KEVIN, even called me 3 days later to see how i liked the car and to personally wish me a happy birthday!!! great customer service, with a personal touch!!!

I couldn't find Mid City Subaru on here, but I know the Nissan is related, so I'll just put my review here. I just leased a 2011 WRX from Mid City Subaru and overall, I had a pleasant experience. I leased my old Subaru from Mid City about 3 years ago as well, and had an OK experience then. I came in last weekend just to see if I qualified for a lease and to see what WRXes were available. There was only one, which was blue, and had more stuff on it than I was looking for. The salesman I dealt with, was really nice and had a no-pressure approach. He let me test drive the car even though I wasn't interested in this particular car, so I could at least get a feel for the WRX. After the test drive, I stated the numbers I was looking for and my salesman brought the GM, Jordan, to the negotiation table. Jordan's numbers were way too high initially. He initially assumed I wanted the WRX I just test drove and when I told him I wanted a different one, he looked around the state for one, found one to my liking, and settled with the numbers I was asking for. It was probably the easiest pre-negotiation I'd ever partaken in. Jordan told me the car would be in and ready on Monday so I followed up on Monday night and much to my surprise, Jordan kept his word and the final agreement still had the numbers we discussed earlier. My salesman transferred my plates and city sticker over to my new car and was extremely helpful. Even though I didn't really need it, he went over all the features of the car and went over the important parts of the manual. The only reason they don't get five stars is that someone misplaced the extra keys for the new car and it took almost half an hour to find them and it was already late and I was tired and ready to go home. I'd definitely do business with Mid City Subaru again, if another Subaru is in my future.
