The person I called to schedule the appointment was in a hurry to gather the information and pretty short with me, however I didn't mind the abruptness simply because it was an urgent matter (it was after 3pm when I called and I needed the document before 5pm) and she seemed competent enough to get it right. The service was extremely fast, however, the messenger himself was rude and hard to look at; not to mention he was going to write me a receipt (by requesting a sheet of MY PAPER) after I had to ask for one several times from him with no avail; it was a weird situation. I ended up telling him nevermind and called the business office twice to insist that he wasn't easy to work with and he wouldn't give me a receipt. After the third call to the office (they seemed frustrated as well, as though the messengers are normally to provide a receipt, who knows this could be some third party deal) they decided to send me a receipt for the service via email. Needless to say, I left no tip for this dude. One would think he would work the system where he could pick up a cool $20 (which happens to be how much the service cost to pick up and drop off a letter that was less than a mile in distance), go figure. All in all, the experience was good as far as service. They fixed my issue and apologized when I did call them the last time. The emailed receipt was speedy as well. This is great if your in a crunch to get your package delivered or picked up ASAP. Karen T.

Overall it's good service. Like any other company it makes mistakes here and there, the drivers are respectul.
