This is the ONLY facility where I will take my deceased animal companions to be cremated. From the first phone call until I was given the ashes, EVERYONE at this business was kind, caring, compassionate, respectful, understanding, accommodating and professional. There were NO hidden fees or additional charges other than what I requested, unlike the place I usually use or other places I called. There were less expensive and closer places (I drove 150 miles round trip), but I got peace of mind by choosing Wags & Whiskers. The entire process was a pain free as possible under the circumstances.
