Based on issues with this firm; Christian Financial Credit Union in the past 1 ½ years have been quite upsetting to me and my spouse to a point to reporting this “Firm” here and other sites as well.

We are checking out other Credit Unions to see if they are above board or just do the same in “Customer Relations” Benefits are great, but if the Credit Union has other major issues it is not worth your time.

We walked in together, they served her but not me. I asked why, no reply. Contacted 3 manager, no follow up. Maryann Kramer, said it was a misunderstanding, there was no misunderstanding. She's the worst.
Not christian but racist and unprofessional.
Stay clear of this place.

There is a constant problem of only one lane being open. And the procedure seem to change based upon each teller. Then they tell you this is how it's always been. Very inconsistent. Used to love
