Rick Hendrick Collision Center Chesapeake

I was referred here by Geico to have my rear bumper replaced after a small accident. I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment time but they had no problem getting me in early. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and had a great attitude.



The process of getting the estimate, leaving my car and getting into a rental took no more than about 15 minutes. Very quick and efficient.



I received a phone call from Shawn within the next day to update me on the repair process and when it was estimated to be complete. The next call I got was like 3 days after I dropped my car off, telling me my car was ready.



I unfortunately got stuck in a snowstorm in Tennessee and couldn't make it back by Friday but Shawn let me know that was okay and that I could pick up when I got back into town.



Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish.

Previously had my 2011 Kia Forte fixed at Graham's auto body shop. My vehicle was only 3 months old at the time and they stated on the estimate that they would have all OEM parts on, and even charged the insurance company for OEM parts. Well, i was very displeased and took my car to Rick Hendrick Collision in Chesapeake, where they completely redid my entire Geico claim, no questions asked, no problem at all. They did AMAZING work from body to paint. My car looks brand new once again like it never was involved in a wreck to begin with. I would highly recommend this specific shop to all my friends or anyone i know who needs body work done.

This morning I went to get a round about estimate on my passenger mirror. I got hit yesterday while my car was parked.my passenger mirror got damaged.

i called my insurance company and they told me that Rick Hendricks will be the one to do the job.

Well, I went there this morning there with a happy mood and the secretary/clerk at the front desk gave me such attitudes. "Like oh we only do things around here by appointments with every questions that I asked.she wasn't courteous at all. Her other coworker was just quite starring.i was really taken back,being my first time there.I don't think I'll be doing any type of business with them with that horrible customer service.

My experience was wonderful at Rick Hendricks. They kept me informed the entire process and my car was delivered a day earlier than expected.

Where to start. Well, I hit a deer on my way to work. I called the insurance company and asked where they wanted me to take it to get it appraised. They sent me to Rick Hendrick's collision. I got there at the appointment time. Waited 15 minutes for the appraiser. While I was waiting, the secretary tried to be helpful by scheduling a time for the repair work. When I told her I wasn't having the work done there, I got an instant attitude and told "well, we don't normally do appraisals if the work isn't being done here". I replied that the insurance company had sent me there. Then, the appraiser walks out, looks at the front, takes a couple pictures, barely even looks the damage over, opens the hood, then starts back to the office. When I asked him if that was all, he says "I'm just doing the initial write up to get your shop going. They can do supplements for eveything else they find". Followed by "well, we repair every 2 of 2 1/2 cars here, we leave some scraps from the small shops". I then get told that they can do the work in 2 days. I'm clearly not interested in having anything done at a shoddy slap stick used car salesman of collision centers. I have been working on and certified for over 20 years and I could have written a better and accurate estimate. If you need any work done to a car or need to replace one, I HIGHLY recommend you AVOID Rick Hendrick's at all cost.
