My husband and I have known Mr. Moreno for the last 15 years. He was a referral to us from a co-worker back in 2004 and has represented us and provided legal advice on two different occasions. I am a small-time freelance designer who had a problem where a client was taking advantage of me, and refusing to pay for a lot of work I had already done.
