Hall Chevrolet

If I could give them no stars I would. Hall Chevrolet service is horrible. I dropped my truck off Monday evening for a appt on Tuesday at 0800. I want contact and told by Ray one of the service advisors that he would call me when they have an estimate of repairs. After not being called all day I contacted Ray and asked about my truck and have they looked at it yet, he said no and he was still waiting on someone to finish looking it over. Well at 4:30, I told them that since no has even looked at it at all, that I will be coming to get it to take it to another dealership for service. Ray got mad and was like yea, come get it then. No freaking customer service what so ever! I wasted a whole day for nothing. This is the last time I ever come to Hall Chevrolet.

This place is amazing. George and de'ron helped me and my family out getting us into a brand new chevy malibu. Zak went above and beyond for the payments and working the car out to fit us perfectly. Couldnt ask for a better group of people.

I had my Tahoe in for repair , was told things that it needed $1300 worth so I took to a family member in another state that has a shop and is ase certified. Half of those things did not need replaced. But I did have 2 front tires that had wire showing and a front wheel bearing that was beyond bad. Hall never mentioned either to me and they had my front tires off. That's unacceptable !! Never again

Best service from any Chevy dealer in the area. Had a bad experience but the definitely turned it around when me and my family walked in.

I loved my experience at Hall Chevrolet. It was easy to get an appointment scheduled online, I was greeted immediately upon entering the service bay, and the waiting room was comfortable. I was there for an oil change and as it took a little longer than the service advisor had anticipated, he told me that there was no charge. That really made up for the little extra time and I felt like a valued customer. I will definitely be back!
